Freedom to Operate |

Reference: |
This one day-conference will examine the role of FTO
to successfully commercialise scientific discoveries in the life
science industry. Today there is a shift from patent protection to
freedom to operate, which opens up opportunities for collaboration
and licensing with other companies. Intellectual property is the
cornerstone to early-stage deal making in the life science industry
and by owning, or to have exclusive rights to a key patent or a
patent, a company are able to exclude its chief competitors from the
marketplace.
Our distinguished speaker panel with companies such as NKT
Holding, UCB Group, Genmab, H. Lundbeck, Boston University,
Plougmann & Vingtoft and Zacco Sweden will guide you from the early
stage freedom to operate search to set up an FTO strategy to
collaborate and make licensing deals with partners and competitors.
