SUMMARY:Biotech & Biomanufacturing Policy Summit
DESCRIPTION:EuropaBio is pleased to host its third Summit focused on biotechnology & biomanufacturing. \n\n\n\nBiotechnology is a critical technology for Europe.  Delivery of innovation into market drives competitiveness\, security\, supply chain resilience plus societal and environmental goals.  Europe must be ambitious and globally aware\, with a focus on securing its biotechnology capability within fast changing global geopolitics. \n\n\n\nThe current Commission has a significant opportunity to set and deliver on the ambition needed. Legislation such as the Biotech Act\, plus the frameworks that we create for sectors including health\, agri-food and manufacturing. \n\n\n\nThe half day Summit brings together EuropaBio Members and stakeholders to understand the ambition needed for legislation\, how the EU and its Member States can deliver and recognition of global positioning needed. \n\n\n\nIt is supported by biotech product displays and EU projects\, plus evening networking reception.
