EuropaBio’s Claire Skentelbery elected as new Vice-chair of ICBA

PRESS RELEASE
On June 12, during the Annual Meeting of International Council of Biotechnology Associations (ICBA), Dr Claire Skentelbery was elected as a new Vice Chair of the Council. Dr Skentelbery will take on the new role with immediate effect for a two year mandate.

Speaking about her new position, Dr Skentelbery said. ’’I appreciate the confidence of ICBA Members in taking on the role of Vice Chair. ICBA has a critical role as a voice for international biotechnology associations to ensure a competitive and aligned global contribution towards healthy populations and transformation to a sustainable world”.

During the same meeting, Oliver Schacht, Bio Deutschland were elected as a new Chair of the Council.
