PRESS RELEASE

Freget Glaser & Associés joins EuropaBio: steering the innovation potential through a secure legal framework

Brussels, 21 September 2022 – EuropaBio is pleased to announce that Freget Glaser & Associés has joined as an associate member. A law firm based in Paris, focusing on EU competition, regulatory and public economic law, Fréget Glaser has been advising pharmaceutical and innovative companies for more than 20 years.

Adding to their legal expertise a deep knowledge of the regulated sectors, the firm supports its clients in the definition and implementation of their legal strategy and represents them before the French courts, competition and sector regulatory authorities, as well as before the European Commission and Court of Justice.

EuropaBio Director-General Dr. Claire Skentelbery commented “We are thrilled to have a law firm among our members, and we are confident that Freget Glaser’s expertise in legal and regulatory strategy can bring an added value to the association”.

Olivier Fréget, Founding Partner of Freget Glaser & Associés, added: “We have seen the life sciences sector evolve around the major technological and scientific developments, particularly in biotech. These have raised numerous regulatory challenges that continue to stimulate the debate. We look forward to contributing to these thought exchanges from our legal perspective”.
