DBT will take place on April 9th and 10th in Heidelberg. The event is considered the German forum for the biotechnology industry, where entrepreneurs exchange ideas with scientists and partners from politics, investors, funding institutions and administration. The two-day program highlights the diverse fields of application and the potential of biotechnology, from health research to the bioeconomy.

The DBT 2025 offers:

Algal Omega 3

Enzymes and biosurfactancts are alternative ingredients that improve the performance of detergents, while leading to water and energy savings and reductions in CO2 emissions and water toxicity.

Insulin is one of the most widely known biopharmaceutical. Biotechnology revolutionised its manufacturing process and led to the development of new types of insulin through r-DNA technology.
